As co-owner of Frontline Concrete Pumping, Brett has built a successful career rooted in expertise, leadership, and innovation. A passionate advocate for personal growth, he joined the Rapport Leadership family in 2012 and now trains others through programs such as Leadership Breakthrough One, Teen Leadership Breakthrough, and Life Mastery classes, empowering individuals to unlock their potential.
Beyond his professional achievements, Brett is a dedicated husband to Jamie and father to Haegan, Peyton, and Diesel. His family inspires his commitment to instilling strong values and fostering community connections.
Brett is also a founder of Silverado Development Group and serves as a board member for Building Utah Youth, reflecting his dedication to enhancing community development and supporting future leaders. As the founder and operator of Powersports Company, an off-road dealership born from his love of the outdoors and racing ATVs, Mark channels his entrepreneurial spirit into multiple ventures. He also operates an Ocean Spray Cranberry Farm and manages investments in businesses ranging from waste hauling to medical devices, including his role as an advisor for Rapport Leadership.
