Can I work or manage other commitments during the training?

No. Breakthrough Safety is a fully immersive experience and requires your complete focus. To get the most from the course, we ask participants to fully disconnect from work and personal obligations.

What meals are included, and is lodging provided? Can dietary needs be accommodated?

All meals and lodging are included throughout the 2.5-day training. Participants stay in shared accommodations at the course facility. Dietary needs can be noted on your Medical Form and discussed with your Leadership Training Advisor—we’ll do our best to accommodate. You’re also welcome to bring your own snacks.

What should I bring with me?

Bring a refillable water bottle, closed-toe shoes, and comfortable clothing in layers. The training includes physical participation, and all materials will be provided on-site.

What is the cancellation or rescheduling policy?

You may reschedule up to 14 days before the course without penalty. Cancellations or reschedules within 30 days will result in a $500 fee.
