What’s the difference between the Intensive Courses and Custom Solutions?

Intensive Courses are immersive, scheduled experiences for individuals or small teams to grow specific leadership skills. Custom Solutions are tailored to your organization—offering workshops, programs, and consulting designed around your goals, culture, and teams.

I’m not sure where to start. Can someone help guide me?

Do you offer training for entire teams or companies?

Absolutely. Our Custom Solutions team works with organizations of all sizes to deliver tailored leadership workshops, programs, and consulting engagements. Many of the topics covered in these trainings are also aligned with our eLearning courses topics—providing a scalable way to reinforce learning and sustain momentum across your team.

What kind of leaders are your programs for?

Are the trainings only in person?

No. While our core Intensive Courses are in-person for maximum impact, we also offer virtual workshops, hybrid programs, and self-paced eLearning courses for flexible development options.

How do I continue learning between courses?

Between your in-person experiences, you’ll have access to eLearning courses, downloadable tools, and curated resources designed to reinforce lessons and help you apply them every day.

Are there prerequisites for certain courses?

Some courses, like Leadership Breakthrough Two, require completion of LB1. Each course page outlines any prerequisites. For most trainings, no prior experience is needed—just the willingness to grow.

Can I get support after my training ends?

Yes! Your development doesn’t stop when the course ends. Our team, tools, and learning resources are available to help you apply what you’ve learned and keep growing.

Do you offer any certifications?

Yes! Participants receive an official Certificate of Completion and a digital certificate via Accredible. Additionally, many of our Intensive Courses are eligible for 20+ hours of Continuing Education Units (CEUs)—perfect for advancing both your leadership and professional credentials.
