This course takes you out of your comfort zone to examine self-imposed limits and your willingness to take risks. Using powerful team challenges and a state-of-the-art ropes course, you gain self-confidence and develop problem-solving skills. This experience is strategically sequenced and masterfully facilitated to raise the bar on personal achievement. By clarifying how to stay on-purpose, walking the path of your dreams, and learning to leave no one behind; team support, encouragement and empowerment are taken to new heights!

Team Accountability & Responsibility
When changing the culture of a company, creating accountability and responsibility becomes critical. When teams hold each other accountable and accept responsibility, the team owns the goal; they commit to it and know what to do and how to do it. With a high level of accountability and responsibility, you understand your role and responsibilities, and you also know how you fit into the big picture of the organization. You align your activities and the activities of the team with the goal of the organization. You hold others accountable and they hold you accountable, you create a higher work standard by following through, giving open and honest feedback, and helping each other. As your team recognizes your strengths and potential, they constantly raise the bar for your performance and help you understand what it will take to reach the goal.

Courage & Overcoming Limits
Today’s market won’t tolerate complacency. When companies need a cultural shift, they must take some risks and do things differently. Using courage, you get outside of your comfort zone despite your fears, knowing that the apprehension is often worse than the reality or the doing. Getting past self-imposed limitations, you unleash your potential and see new possibilities. Taking risks when you feel apprehensive and using your courage becomes a habit, which in turn creates an atmosphere of innovation.

Leading with Vision
As a leader, you must know where you want to go, set clear goals and align your team with a common vision. Your vision outlines a more desirable image of the future, guiding your organization forward. To truly take hold, your vision must be inspiring and it must go beyond the financials; it must have purpose and your team must be aligned around that purpose. Your team will be inspired and motivated by the vision of the organization, and consequently, people will do the right things at the right times because they understand where they are going. The vision must live in the hearts and minds of every team member.

Aligning Team Strengths
The only way an organization can unleash its potential is by aligning the strengths and talents of each team member. In order for your team to succeed, you must understand your role and responsibilities, as well as, those of your team members. You must collaborate with your team members and know what each division or department contributes to the corporate goal and mission. When you create a cohesive team, it will drive the mission throughout the organization.

Focus & Motivation
Focus means understanding the priorities and knowing which action to take right now. In order to be focused and motivated, you must understand the vision of the company and how your role and responsibilities contribute to moving toward that vision. When employees are focused and motivated, it creates a culture of discipline where people do more and more of the right things, which in turn speeds the flywheel within an organization. As a leader, you focus and set the direction, you communicate it with passion and people in the organization want to move in the right direction.
